We start by visiting your property and using our in-depth market experience to determine the right rent level. Before we advertise, we'll confirm this with you, ensuring you’re on board with the strategy. This thoughtful approach helps us secure the best tenant for your property, right from the start.

Finding the right tenant
Once your property hits the market, we'll show through potential tenants, and expertly manage the entire application process. Once the applications start coming through, we pre-vet every applicant to ensure only the top contenders make it to your shortlist. This means less hassle for you and more confidence in your tenant selection. With us handling the details, you can be sure you're choosing from the very best.

Taking care of the paperwork
Once you’ve chosen your tenant, we handle all the paperwork, meticulously ensuring every detail is covered. We’ll take care of compliance and legislative requirements to keep you protected. We’ll also collect the move-in costs - the first weeks' rent in advance and a bond of 4 weeks’ rent. With us managing these details, you can rest assured that everything is in perfect order as your new tenant moves in.

After each inspection, you’ll receive a detailed report via email, and we'll also save it for easy access anytime. This way, you’re always informed about the condition of your property. We keep a close eye on your property so you don’t have to.

Protecting your investment
We are always ready to jump into action to support our tenants with emergency maintenance. If your property needs repairs or maintenance, we'll inform you right away, and send our trusted tradespeople to handle it swiftly. After inspections, we may also recommend preventative maintenance to safeguard your investment and help you avoid bigger bills later on. We also remind you of all maintenance tasks, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. With us, your property and tenants are in good hands, always cared for and always protected.

All good things come to an end
When a tenancy comes to an end, we’ve got all the details covered. From handling the paperwork and conducting final inspections, to managing the bond release, we take care of everything so you don’t have to.
