Tips for Tenants before an Inspection

Ensure the property is accessible (gates are not locked, etc.).

Ensure all living areas, the kitchen, bathrooms, and all other rooms are clean and tidy.

Ensure all beds are made.

Ensure all clothing are picked up and put away.

Ensure the carpets and floors are vacuumed and reasonably clean and stain free.

Ensure the lawns are mowed, edges are trimmed, weeds removed, and rubbish removed.
