Franchise Cost
The investment level required to participate in a Rent Square Property Management franchise is low-cost. The upfront franchise fee is $9,500 +GST.

On-going expenses
Royalty Fee
There is a royalty of 7% of gross property management revenue. In other words, if you manage a rental unit with a weekly rent of $500 and charge a 7% weekly management fee, then your weekly property management revenue is $35, and you would pay $2.45 in weekly royalties.
