Meet Frans and Melinda

Frans (Chief Property Champion) and Melinda (Director of First Impressions) started Rent Square Property Management as a family business and bring their Kiwi experience with a genuine quest for giving outstanding customer service and to add value to property owners.

From this their slogan was born - "Property management that puts you first!".

Frans brings vast experience as a manager in a variety of industries in New Zealand – including Property Management, Banking, Mortgages, KiwiSaver, General Insurance, and Credit Management.

Melinda offers years of valued experience in customer service giving support to customers before, during, and after an agreement. She supports them through various channels, such as phone, email, online chat, or mail. Her outstanding customer service leads to increased customer loyalty and satisfaction.

With years of knowledge and experience in the Auckland property market they have a good understanding of how important an investment property is to a property owner.

Meet Mishka

Mishka is our Sleeping Partner, Wellness Coach, and Head of Security.

Her story started when we met her more than 8 years ago at the Silverdale shelter. She immediately stole our hearts and became the best friend for our three sons.

These days Mishka is the highlight of everytime the grandkids visit and she has the best personality for our office, the family, friends, and other dogs alike.
